Hi there, I’m Mohit, and I’m passionate about fitness, health, and wellness. Originally from India, I’ve spent the past 8 years teaching personal fitness and yoga sessions in group settings and one-to-one.
I hold certifications in Hatha yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa yoga and have a particular expertise in bodyweight strength exercises and power yoga flows. My goal as a coach is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, whether that’s building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply improving overall fitness.
I believe that fitness is more than just physical exercise. It’s also about mental and emotional wellbeing, which is why I integrate meditation and mindfulness practices into my classes. My approach is holistic, and I work with my clients to create customized plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.
In addition to my work as a fitness coach, I’m a strong advocate for a plant-based lifestyle. I’ve been vegetarian for several years and have found that it’s not only improved my physical health but also my mental clarity and overall sense of wellbeing. I’m always happy to share my tips and tricks for incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me exploring the beautiful city of Munich or hiking in the mountains. I believe in leading an active and adventurous life and love to inspire my clients to do the same.
